ATI Homeschool Rules Contract

Welcome ATI Homeschool Rules Contract. This document sets out the rules and regulations that govern the operation of the homeschool program at ATI. By enrolling in our program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. Please read following carefully before signing.

Preamble
This Contract is entered into by and between the Academy of Technology and Innovation (referred to as “ATI”) and the undersigned homeschool student and parent or guardian. This Contract governs the terms of the student`s enrollment in ATI`s homeschool program.
1. Enrollment
The student shall be enrolled in the ATI homeschool program for the academic year beginning on September 1 and ending on June 30, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. The student`s enrollment is contingent upon compliance with ATI`s admission requirements and the payment of all applicable fees.
2. Curriculum
The student shall adhere to the curriculum prescribed by ATI for the homeschool program. The curriculum may include, but is not limited to, coursework in mathematics, science, language arts, social studies, and elective subjects.
3. Attendance
The student shall maintain regular attendance in accordance with ATI`s attendance policy. Failure to comply with the attendance policy may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the homeschool program.
