Contract for Egypt Law School

This Contract is entered into on this day by and between the Egypt Law School, hereinafter referred to as “ELS,” and the individual or entity, hereinafter referred to as “Student,” enrolling in the academic program offered by ELS.

1. Enrollment

Student hereby enrolls in the academic program offered by ELS for the academic year 20__. ELS agrees to provide the necessary educational materials and instruction as per the program requirements. Student agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by ELS during the course of the program.

2. Tuition and Fees

Student agrees to pay the tuition and fees as per the fee schedule provided by ELS. Payment is due on the dates specified and is non-refundable once the academic program has commenced. ELS reserves the right to withhold academic records and transcripts in the event of non-payment.

3. Code Conduct

Student agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner during their enrollment at ELS. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the program.

4. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt.

5. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between ELS and the Student and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
